Mohali, Banur, Zirakpur, Derabassi, Kharar, Mullanpur / New Chandigarh and regional GMADA plans.

Check: Approved master plan, zoning/layout plan, public notices, licensed colonies, unauthorized colonies, CLU, building plan approval and project-specific notices.

Chandigarh

Authority: Chandigarh Administration / Chandigarh Housing Board

Chandigarh sectors, housing board projects, lease/freehold transfer, estate office records and Chandigarh Master Plan references.

Check: Estate Office records, CHB project status, lease/freehold status, building rules, completion/occupation certificate and RERA registration where applicable.

Authority: Town and Country Planning Haryana / HRERA Panchkula / HSVP

Panchkula urban sectors, licensed colonies, HSVP/HUDA sectors and Haryana RERA registered projects.

Check: Town planning license, layout approval, building plan, HRERA registration, completion certificate, occupancy certificate and project drawings.

Tricity Growth Corridors

Authority: Relevant state authority plus RERA authority

Airport Road, Aerocity, IT City, Aerotropolis, New Chandigarh, Kharar-Landran, Banur, Zirakpur and Panchkula extensions.

Check: Master plan alignment, road/access plan, public notice, land acquisition notification, project license, RERA registration and brochure commitments.

RERA verification checklist

Search the project on the correct state RERA portal before publishing as a new launch.
Match the project name, promoter name, location, RERA registration number and validity date.
Check approved layout/building plan, number of towers/plots/floors and promised amenities.
Check possession timeline and whether extension/revision applications are filed.
For resale, check original allotment/registry/transfer chain separately from RERA.
For photos, brochures and layout maps, avoid publishing dealer mobile numbers or third-party branding.

Admin data to store for each new launch

City, area, project name, developer/promoter, RERA number, authority approval, layout/map file, brochure file, launch status, possession target, price list, payment plan, remarks and verification date. Use Admin New Launches to add or update these records.
